A Ghostly Experience Online Booking
Please follow the instructions below to book your tour online. You do NOT need a paypal account (Paypal is simply our credit card processing company) and your booking will be created with your email address to which your confirmation will be sent.
- Select your desired tour date on the calendar below, and then the TIME on the drop down line below..
- Click on "New Reservation"
- Fill in all required information. Use the email/phone number we would need to contact you the day of in case of rescheduling.
- Click "Create Reservation"

Now double check all information and scroll down to the "Pay Now" Button.If you have a PayPal account, login on the screen provided. (NOTE: You do not need a paypal account to pay- Just Click on "Don't have a PayPal account" and your payment will still be processed!)
- Fill in all required information and click "Review and Continue"
- Once your payment goes through you should receive 2 (TWO) confirmation emails. One from City Walks and one from PayPal telling you that your payment has gone though. Once you have received these emails your tour is now confirmed.
Tickets can be purchased online up to 30 minutes prior to tour departure online, over the phone by calling us, or in person at Tour St. Augustine office at 4 Granada Street across from the Casa Monica Hotel & Lightner Museum.
NOTE: TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND GO OUT RAIN OR SHINE, HOWEVER YOU MAY CONTACT US TO RESCHEDULE FOR A FUTURE DATE SHOULD YOUR PLANS CHANGE PRIOR TO TOUR DEPARTURE. NO-HOWS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
