The Group Rooms are available to DTU Students
- The first time you use the system, you need to create a user
- Bookings can be up to 4 hours and made up to 2 weeks in advance - 24/7.
- The study areas are popular! Therefore, other parties can use the area - without a booking - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your booking. Please remember to cancel your booking, if you won't be needing it.

Your booking might be briefly interrupted due to daily cleaning services. Please give the staff the necessary space
- The group rooms are equipped with a TV and a video conferencing kit
- All rooms are unlocked and require no check-in
NB: During 12 October - 8 November booths P, Q, R and S and Room 2 are not bookable, but available for drop-in use only
