Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance for a maximum period of 4 hours - 24/7.
The study areas are very popular! Therefore, we allow other parties to use the area - without a booking - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your booking. Please remember to cancel your booking, if you won't be needing it.
Be aware that your booking might be briefly interrupted due to daily cleaning services in the room. Please give the staff the necessary space if they come by during your booking
