The Group Rooms and tables are available to DTU Students.
The first time you use the system, you need to create a user profile
Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance for a maximum period of 4 hours - 24/7.
Late arrival of more than 15 minutes allows other parties to use the facility for the remaining period - without making a booking.
All rooms are unlocked and require no check-in.
Be aware that your booking might be briefly interrupted due to daily cleaning services in the room. Please give the staff the necessary space if they come by during your booking.
The group rooms and group tables are equipped with furniture that must not be removed from the area.
