Uppercut Fitness Class schedule

Welcome to Uppercut Fitness onlne class scheduling.  

Prices are as follows: 

Each class is 1 credit.

$12 drop in - 1 credit

$30 one week of unlimited classes.  (Up to 7 classes)

$55 - 5 credits - 45 day expiration from time of purchase.

$100 - 10 credits - expires 3 months from date purchased.

$185 - 20 credits - expires 6 months from date purchased.

 

 

 

Personal training with Cindy is available by appointment only.  She has over 10 yrs. experience and has multiple certifications including personal traning, nutrition, level 2 TRX, Rock Steady Boxing, (boxing for people with Parkinson's Disease) and most recently 2B Mindset Nutrtional Mentor

Prices for Personal Training are as follows: 

30 minute sessions: $35

45 minute session: $50

60 minute session: $65

15 minute stretch sesh: $15 (Stretches are performed one on one. They are done manually to help lengthen and get deeper into the stretch.)

Minimuim of 24 sessions must be purchased. 

Sessions can be shared with 2 people at an adjusted rate. (Exception: stretch sesh is for single person only)

 NOTE:  Uppercut Fitness will do specialized training and classes. Work, family, wedding parties, birthday parties (kids & adults)etc. For details please contact Uppercut Fitness at 866-8988
