Read the CommonRoom agreement before you book the room!
You must be tenant of the building to make a reservation! If you have booked a room, you must collect the key yourself, no exceptions! So bring your ID when collecting the keys.
The common room can be booked once a week and two times per month and can be used between 9 AM and 12 PM every day!
Keys must be collected at the Frontoffice Idealis, Bornsesteeg 1 between 8 AM and 2 PM. Need the key for the weekend, collect the key on Friday.
You must return the keys before 1200am (noon) the next day! So we can hand out the key to someone else!
After you used the room: Tidy up and throw away garbage! Put chairs and tables in original position. (you need to bring your own cleaning items)
Loud music or any other form of nuisance are not allowed in the common rooms! Be aware of the other residents in the building!
