Mosaic POS Remote Training Classes

To ensure the best experience for your district, it is highly recommended you sign up for Day 1 training before Day 2, preferably on consecutive dates. Information covered on Day 1 will set you up for success during Day 2.

DAY 1 - MOSAIC POS WEBSITE - CENTRAL OFFICE STAFF & CAFE MANAGERS  
This class will include an overview of all sections in the Mosaic POS website with a focus on managing student accounts, reporting, accounting, and setup. It will also cover Free and Reduced application processing and reporting. Participants will learn how to customize the program and use it to its maximum potential to handle daily processes.

DAY 2 - MOSAIC POS SERVING LINE / PRACTICE LAB / Q&A
The Mosaic POS Serving Line training class will cover how to quickly and efficiently process students (and adults) through the Mosaic POS Serving Line while accurately tracking purchases. We will review topics such as meal sales, ala carte sales, prepayments, how to review a transaction, and how to void a transaction. We will break after the instructor led training to allow your cashiers some practice time while they review our cashier tutorial and then we will regroup for a Q&A session.

Note: Serving lines will be used during Day 2 for practice. To get the most out of training, be sure to have access to your serving lines during Day 2.

To Register YOUR DISTRICT, click on the desired training class below and create a new reservation. We ask that only ONE district representative register for the training. You will also receive Webex meeting Invitations before your training that you can forward to fellow district employees that you want to attend the different trainings.
