Thank you for agreeing to be part of our Mosaic POS Pilot Program!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Click on an available (gray time slot) date and time of your choice 
   
2. Click the "New Reservation" link
3. Fill in the required information
4. Click the "Create Reservation" button

Note: When registering for your appointment please provide a contact name and number that will be available that day and time in front of the computer you would like us to install the new serving line version at.
