Use this calendar to schedule tasks for Mosaic tasks during the 2018 Start of School season. This calendar should be used primarily for Direct Certification Imports and Student Imports. Please check with a rover, escalator, or supervisor if you need to escalate any other task.
- Click on an empty white time slot to create a new appointment. Blue or Red time slots have been booked already.
- The description should always start with the type of assistance being requested i.e. - Student Import, or DCI (Direct Cert Import). Please include any other details you think would be important for us to know.
- All of the contact information should be for the person you would like us to speak with at the time of the appointment.
- Please verify that the email address is correct as this is where the appointment confirmation email will go to.
- Please disregard the "SOYT" drop-down field (for office use only)
- Once all relevant information is included, please click the Create Appointment button.
