Kentucky Mosaic Premium Start of Year Service Schedule

Schedule your Start of Year (SOY) appointment on the calendar below. To learn more about what this premium service includes, click here. Please keep in mind, you will need to have completed the End of Year (EOY) process before your SOY appointment takes place. To schedule an EOY appointment with us, click here.

NOTE: End of Year and Start of Year are two separate services. If you would like us to complete both EOY and SOY process you will need to book two separate service appointments.

All costs incurred for these services are to be paid for by KDE. If you are unavailable during your scheduled time you may be charged the retail rate of $1,295 for the services. Please contact Dale.Colyer@education.ky.gov for additional information if needed. 

1. Choose a Date and Time. 
2. Click on an empty white date and time slot to create a new appointment. 
3. Fill in the required information. Please verify that the email address is correct, a confirmation email will be sent to that address.
4. Please also be certain your Customer ID# is correct.
5. Click the "Create Reservation" button.
