For multiple individuals or children, reserve separate timeslots with full names for each. Double/triple appointments will be rejected if only one is booked, and multiple appointments within the same week are not allowed, and will be cancelled. Passport applications will only be accepted when a full documentation is presented, including name-change. If the documentation is not complete, the passport application will be rejected.
The scheduling system is based on come first, first serve principle.

According to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation,1 the Ministry must provide you with certain information when we collect personal data from you.
