Welcome to the booking system for all applications registrered at the UDI application portal / Forms
Before you can log in and book an appointment, you must register a user profile (upper right corner).
Choose type of application, please reserve one appointment per person using the applicant's name.
Changes and cancellations can be made by logging on to your profile.
The booking system opens automatically for the next 30 days. If there are no available slots this unfortunately means that it is fully booked. We recommend you keep checking the system for any possible cancellations.
Appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours before. For less than 24 hours, please write an e-mail to: emb.madrid@mfa.no.
