- All equipment must stay within Jacobs Hall and be returned by closing time. No overnight borrowing or use outside of the building.

The camera and pop-up light box is locked in a cabinet. Find a Design Specialist and they will unlock it for you.
- You may use the tripod, lights and white photo backdrop with your own camera.
- If you can no longer attend a reservation, cancel it at least 1 hour before it begins.
- Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
- Two 30 minute reservations per week
- Unreserved times are designated drop-in use by anyone until the next reservation
- Late & no-shows: After 10 minutes a reservation is forfeited and the remainder of the time is given to the first drop-in user
