Our rate for renting our main space is $100/hr before 6pm, $150/hr after 6pm with a minimum rental time of 60 minutes.
Your reservation should include your setup and take-down time, so make sure you reserve enough time to accomplish both.
The space will be available to you at the start time you indicated and you must release the space at the end time you indicated.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any reservation.
The following uses are not permitted using this system: pop-up stores, illegal or illicit activity, performances, whether private or public.
There are no refunds after a reservation has been made.
Depending on your use, we may request a credit card be kept on file as a security deposit.
