1. Payment in full is REQUIRED at the Information Counter at LG1, Wen Lan Tang, upon confirmation of the online reservation within office hour as listed below.
(Term time) Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
(Non Term time) Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm/ Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm
2. Users must present their own student identity card/staff card with the receipt at the Information Counter. Our staff will open the door.
