- Photographers must have a basic understanding of studio lighting before renting the studio
We do not offer training during your photo session however, we do offer basic classes to help get you started with studio photography.
Reschedule and cancellation policy: There are absolutely no refunds.
Rescheduling Notice (updated)
All bookings can be rescheduled 1 time with 48 hour notice. During peak seasons, 72 hour notice is required. There are no refunds and rescheduling is NOT allowed if you do not notify the staff within those time periods.
Peak season is determined as follows:
Holiday season Nov 1-Jan 2
Valentine Jan 14 - Feb 16
Easter - 2 weeks before Easter thru 1 day after Easter
All other federal holidays - 2 days before the holiday thru 2 days after the holiday
