All class paperwork can be found on the "paperwork" page of the website & must be returned via email or by mail, prior to the class start date.
FIRST TIME STUDENT - A first time student is for dogs that HAVE NEVER attended a class at Ventura Pet Wellness. Please enroll into the class below by clicking "sign up". Once you have enrolled into the class, please fill out the required paperwork specified under "first time student". Payment must be received in order for your spot to be held.
RETURNING STUDENT - A returning student is for dogs that HAVE attended classes at Ventura Pet Wellness. Please enroll into the class below by clicking "sign up". Once you have enrolled into the class, please fill out paperwork specified under "returning student". Payment must be received in order for your spot to be held.
