  • Create your first schedule: after creating a free account, start the wizard that guides you through the creation of a schedule
  • Pick your schedule type: in the first step we help you choose between three schedule types: capacity, resource or service schedule. This will already ensure that the scheduling process is close to what you’re looking for
  • Refine the booking process: control who books and how they book. Choose to allow open booking, require accounts, or restrict access to specific individuals or email domains. Customize the booking process to collect the specific information or even add integrated forms
  • Customize the look & feel: tailor your booking system to match your brand identity with easy color adjustments, your own logo, and advanced CSS customization options
