- Click on an empty white time slot to create a new appointment. Blue or Red time slots have been booked already.
- The description should always start with the type of assistance being requested i.e. - DDU (District Data Update), DCI (Direct Cert Import), Server Migration or MSB Sync reinstall. Along with any other details you think would be important for us to know.
- All of the contact information should be for the person you would like us to speak with at the time of the appointment.
- Please verify that the email address is correct as this is where the appointment confirmation email will go to.
- Please disregard the "SOYT" drop-down field (for office use only)
- Once completed, please click the Create Appointment button.
